Product Overview
The classic Pleasant Hearth VFS2-PH30DT is an easy-to-maintain natural gas or propane stove. Its real flames create instant ambiance and warmth in your living room or cabin. With up to 30,000 BTUs of heating power, it’s ideal for adding supplemental heat to rooms up to 1,000 square feet. Its vent-free design and minimum-clearance design allow you to put it just about anywhere.
Other features include two rows of flames, simple press and hold ignition, and an adjustable thermostat.
Dual Fuel Fireplace
Without the need of electricity, this wood-burning fireplace has a unique dual-fuel technology. Just add natural gas or liquid propane for immediate heat. Using two rows of flames, the heater immediately starts to heat the air, incorporating supplemental heat throughout any space up to 1,000 square feet (750 or less when used as a primary heat source). If you use propane, a 100-pound tank is required along with a two-stage adjustable regulator (not included). Check your local restrictions and requirements.
Additional Features
- Safety Pilot: Its safety pilot has an Oxygen Depletion Sensing system that shuts off the heater if there isn’t enough fresh air.
- One-Touch Ignition: Just press and hold to light the real flames.
- Overheat Protection: If overheating is detected, operation is automatically cut off.
- Oxygen DepletionSensor – This safety mechanism automatically shuts off the unit if it detects a drop in fresh air in the room.
